In recent years Vitamail has developed its strategy around investing heavily in digital media.

Challenge

Vitamail has worked actively with branding and created good content to build customer loyalty. Surveys show that many potential customers do not buy directly from an ad the first time they are exposed.
Vitamail has skilled copywriters who produce high-quality content, but there were no plans for the content beyond advertising and SEO.
How can Vitamail get more potential customers to know about their products before buying?

Solution

Together with Vitamail’s international team, we used existing content to create new magazines and marketing automation with downloadable PDFs.

Through targeted ads on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Snapchat, we created relevant e-mail lists for the various products in the Nordic markets. The e-mails and PDFs are only sent out to people who have actively requested the content and follow GDPR.
